Your satisfaction with our merchandise is very important to us. We hope you will enjoy your purchases for many years to come. If our merchandise fails to meet your expectations, please return the merchandise to us within 30 days of the ship date for a prompt refund of the purchase price of the product(s) (the shipping and handling charge will not be refunded) or for an exchange. For an exchange we will not charge shipping for the new merchandise. We credit your card upon receipt of the item(s) in new, good, unused condition but the credit card company may not place the refund on your statement for up to two billing cycles. Please follow the guidelines below for a return or exchange: PLEASE
1) Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of the ship date.
2) Make sure it is returned in new, unused, unworn and undamaged condition.
3) Please fill out the return form and let us know how you would like us to process your return.
4) Keep a copy for your records and securely attach the return label below to the outside of the box.
5) Do NOT return items in an ENVELOPE-padded or not. They get too damaged in shipping.
5) Enclose the return form and copy of invoice in a well-sealed box or the original container
with lots of padding to protect the contents. Return in the original product container and plastic
covering and include any instructions or descriptive info which came with the product.
6) For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure the merchandise for the purchase price.
We cannot give full credit to items returned damaged by the post office unless insured.
7) Please return through an insured U. S. Postal Service office (sorry, our P.O. Box cannot
accept packages sent via U.P.S.-United Parcel Service).
8) SORRY, BUT NO "SPECIAL ORDER" JEWELEY ORDERS CAN BE
RETURNED, EXCHANGED, OR CANCELED (per the manufacturer's requirements). If SPECIAL
ORDER JEWELRY is delivered damaged we will provide you with instructions on how to send it to the
manufacturer for repair or replacement.
9) If you are returning a font CD or floppy disc, please do NOT open the font wrapping.
10) If the item(s) were damaged during our shipment to you call or email us for instructions.
If package was insured please return the items(s) in the original container to
USPS so an insurance claim can be made.
11) We are sorry we do not accept C.O.D., collect or postage due deliveries.

SINCE THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER FACTORS THAT GO INTO THE ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS SUCH AS THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE PACKAGE, THE COST OF THE BOX OR MULTIPLE BOXES AND PACKAGING MATERIALS, THE ZIP CODE BEING SHIPPED TO, AND THE INSURANCE COST, NO SYSTEM IS 100% FAIR (unless we figured each order individually but that would make ordering a very time consuming, labor intensive process for us and the customer and ultimately more expensive-not practical for internet sales).
