QUESTION 1) What is the shipping timing?
ANSWER: We ship Priority Mail which the US Postal Service states should arrive in 2-3 days from ship date (around holidays they are slower). The ship date will depend on the availability of the items, packaging issues and the day of the week. We usually ship 1-2 times per week Monday to Friday. Pottery takes a couple of days longer to pack than the jewelry.

QUESTION 2) What are the shipping costs?
ANSWER: The cost will vary from order to order depending on the cost of the items and the weight. The jewelry ranges generally from $ 10.00 to $ 30.00 for one to 3 pieces of sterling or bronze jewelry. For other items try to order them and the shipping amount will appear after you enter your address and item information but before you need to pay.

QUESTION 4) Foreign country (outside USA) sales?
ANSWER:All sales are via US Dollars. No foreign currency accepted. We regret we cannot accept foreign cards any longer. We used to have many foreign sales. The only methods of payment would be through a wire transfer from your bank to ours. Please let me know if you would like to pursue that route. Shipments to Europe can take 7-30 days. I would need to research to cost to ship but it is at least over $25.00 USD.

QUESTION 5) CUSTOM ORDERS-Can I change the color, metal type, size, length, shape or get parts of Michael Michaud jewelry?
ANSWER:Unfortunately NO. The manufacturer or artist cannot modify any jewelry piece.

QUESTION 6) Repairs of Michael Michaud jewelry? Part missing or broken?
ANSWER: The manufacturer is very good about repairing items. They will do repairs to their jewelry at no cost to you except the shipping amount to them. Please do not send the piece to us to avoid additional costs and time, please send the items directly to the manufacturer. Please email us with your name, address and the repair needed, the item description and/or #. We will obtain a RA# for you from the manufacturer and provide you with their address when we email the RA# to you. The RA# must be on the package inside and outside and your return address needs to be in the package. Repairs usually take 2-4 weeks.

QUESTION 6) Warranty of products?
ANSWER: The Manufacturer usually provides the warranty for the product against defects. Please email us if you are having a problem with the product and we will assist in resolving the problem.

QUESTION 7) Can I order via phone or other method?
ANSWER: Yes but we are frequently not able to answer the phone to take phone orders. Please leave us a message if you would like to do a phone order. 866-649-4799 M-F 12 Noon - 5 PM EST

QUESTION 8) Return or exchange policy?
ANSWER: Yes we accept returns or exchanges within our guidelines - CLICK HERE.

QUESTION 9) Can I pay by another method other than credit card?
ANSWER: Yes but it takes a lot longer. We do not accept cashiers checks, personal checks or money orders. We only accept US Postal Service Money Orders made out to RUSTIC SPIRIT or a direct wire transfer. We do not take Bank Cashiers Checks because they take too long to clear.

QUESTION 10) The webpage I want to go to does not open and asks for a password and user name?
ANSWER: Sorry but that page is not updated or is no longer available. The items have sold out, closed or the webpage is under reconstruction due to updating of inventory.

QUESTION 12) Lost an earring?
ANSWER: 95% of missing earrings show up within 2 weeks of being lost! Sorry but we cannot sell just one earring, they come only in pairs. The manufacturer of the Silver Seasons - Michael Michaud jewelry can repair jewelry for you at no charge if you need that service.

QUESTION 13) Order will not process???
ANSWER: Most of the time the order will not process because the required data on the address page was not entered fully. Without the 3-4 digit security code entered, an error message comes up and will not let you progress to the next page-the shipping page. The 3-4 digit security code is either the last 3 digits of the 7 digit number on the back of MasterCard, Visa, or Discover and the 4 digit code on the front of the American Express card.
